• Handles customer inquiries and provides information
• Books appointments and manages scheduling
• Captures leads and forwards messages
• Integrates with your existing business tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your business
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Overages: Usage beyond your plan limits may incur additional charges as specified in your plan details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. AI Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our AI receptionist is not a replacement for human judgment in critical situations
• The AI may occasionally misunderstand or provide incorrect responses
• You are responsible for reviewing and training the AI with accurate business information
• Emergency calls should be directed to appropriate emergency services, not our AI
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by HVAC AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide. You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HVAC AI regarding the use of our services.
